A spacious 60 m2 apartment is waiting for you, in the emblematic Gòtic neighborhood, one of the most charming historical areas of the city, close to stores, services and the top places to visit in the city.

It is a studio type space, open and decorated with style. The day area has a bright living room with sofa, TV and dining table, where you can relax and be with friends and family.

The independent kitchen is practical and spacious, with plenty of storage space and equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook from the day of arrival. It includes access to an internal patio with laundry area.

An area with tables and chairs perfect for studying or working and a bathroom with shower nearby.

Access to the double bedroom is either through the living room separated by closets, or through the kitchen. It has closet and bedside tables.

Located in Carrer Quintana in the Gothic Quarter, its hidden squares are still a favorite place to sit and enjoy some tapas and relax. The apartment is located a few meters from: the Mercat de la Boqueria, a modernist architecture market with fresh and high quality products; the emblematic Cathedral of Barcelona and the famous Ramblas.

The nearest metro station is Liceu (L3), a 3-minute walk away.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month
    • 3-bedroom: €200/month
    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

Check-in/Check-out Info:

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
