Temporary rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) A beautiful apartment with high quality finishes of 75 m2, waiting for you in the neighborhood of Sant Martí to enjoy your stay in Barcelona from the first day. A hallway welcomes you to the heart of the apartment. The day area has a cozy living room with sofa and TV, it is spacious and with dining area with a table and chair to enjoy friends and family at home, it is very bright thanks to its exit to the balcony with table and chairs for breakfast in the morning outdoors. Very close you get the open kitchen with bar. It is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. It is a comfortable, practical and state-of-the-art kitchen. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms and a study. The first exterior room very close to the living room is double and bright, with closets to store all your belongings. The second bedroom is also double and with closets and decorated with lots of charm.  If you need to work or study you have a study type room with table and chairs so you can concentrate in those moments of long hours of work at home. Finally a complete bathroom with shower complete the house. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.

This is one of the favorite areas in Barcelona for its quiet environment and at the same time fully supplied with all services. It also has an interesting gastronomic offer and is surrounded by small squares that are perfect for relaxing and strolling.

The Hospital Sant Pau, a jewel of Catalan modernist architecture, is located very close to the apartment.

At 2 minutes you will find the nearest station, “Encants” (L2)

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

    • 1-bedroom: €100/month

    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
