Temporary rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) A modern and cozy 40 m2 one double bedroom apartment in the Putxet neighborhood is perfect for you who are looking for privacy and a quiet environment. Located towards the mountain area of Barcelona, close to parks with green areas, stores and services. The day area consists of a nice living-dining room, bright and practical, with all the necessary furniture to enjoy after a long day of work. A table for two people and TV. The integrated kitchen has an oven, fridge, microwave and all the utensils you need to prepare your best recipes. The sleeping area has a double bedroom en suite, with an excellent layout and contemporary style. There you will find a double bed and a large built-in closet. In addition, you will find a bathroom with full toilet area, shower and a small laundry area. The apartment has heating, hot water and high speed wi-fi.  This beautiful apartment is located at the foot of Tibidabo in Carrer Travessia, in the neighborhood of el Putxet, in the district of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi. This area is very residential and quiet. Nearby you can find all kinds of essential services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools, hospitals and beautiful restaurants with very enjoyable terraces.

Nearby you have the Jardins del Putxet, an ideal place where you can walk outdoors, play sports or just relax. If you want to move around the city of Barcelona, you have the nearest metro stop Vallcarca L3.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month
    • 3-bedroom: €200/month
    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
