Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) Located in the oldest part of Barcelona, you will find this modern flat that is part of an exclusive real estate project, you will enjoy the history of the city as a journey through time but with the comforts of modern life. The design of the flat and the high quality materials used in each space will allow you to enjoy your stay to the highest standard. The day area consists of an entrance hall with exposed bricks, which connects to the living-dining room where, thanks to its large windows, you will be able to enjoy natural light. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV and side chair. The dining room has a large table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is harmoniously integrated into the space and is fully equipped with top of the range utensils and appliances. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with wardrobes, both en-suite, each with a complete bathroom with shower. The flat also has a third bathroom for visitors where the washer/dryer is located. The flat has heating, air conditioning and high speed internet. Its location is privileged, in the heart of Barcelona, in one of the most iconic neighbourhoods of the Catalan capital, the Gothic Quarter, 3 minutes from the beautiful Basilica de la Mercé and surrounded by numerous points of historical and cultural interest such as Plaza Real, Plaza Sant Jaume, Barcelona Cathedral, La Rambla, Barcelona Aquarium, Museums, among others. To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month
    • 3-bedroom: €200/month
    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
