This cozy penthouse is distributed in its day area with a living room, separate kitchen but connected through a bar to make more practical the day to day, fully equipped with all utensils and appliances. The living room has access to a discreet terrace with a dining area to enjoy any time of the day. The night area consists of a double bedroom en suite with a complete bathroom with shower. From the bedroom you have direct access to the terrace. The flat also has a laundry area, as well as air conditioning, heating and high speed internet. Located in Villa de Gracia, you will have around you and walking, countless points of attractions, including bars, restaurants, museums, cinemas and services. Also just steps away from Avenida Diagonal and Paseo de Gracia, important arteries of Barcelona. With good access to public transport, the nearest metro station is just a 3 minute walk away, Fontana (L3).

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Payment Methods:

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
