Monthly rental appartment (from 32 days to 11 months) Wonderful high-end apartment with idyllic sea views, measuring 77 square meters, where you will enjoy all the comforts in a privileged location. The day area consists of a living-dining room with an integrated kitchen and access to the terrace with stunning views of the sea and the city. The kitchen, with an island-style countertop, is fully equipped with utensils and appliances for your everyday needs. The night area comprises two bedrooms, the master bedroom en suite with a full bathroom with a shower and spacious wardrobes. The second bedroom is double, with built-in wardrobes, and also has a desk. There is a second full bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, and high-speed internet. It also includes a parking space with an electric car charger. The building is a new development, with a communal terrace and swimming pool on the 13th floor (top floor) offering 360º breathtaking views of the city, perfect for the summer. The area is very peaceful, just a stone's throw from Mora beach, with easy access for cars and the nearby Sant Roc station (L2). You will also find shops, local businesses, and restaurants in the area. Badalona is a city located next to Barcelona, right on the Mediterranean coast. You are only 20 minutes by car from the center of the city, 15 minutes from the Sagrada Familia, and 10 minutes from the Diagonal Mar Shopping Center.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
