If the consumption of utilites does not exceed the specified amount, this 300€ will be refunded when you leave the flat.

If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.
