Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) It is a 68m2 apartment located in the emblematic neighborhood of Eixample, in a quiet area of Barcelona, surrounded by all kinds of services and amenities. The day area consists of a cozy living room with access to an interior balcony where you can enjoy your meals and breaks in the sun.  Its kitchen, practical and efficient, has all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook your favorite recipes from the first day of arrival.  The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, both with double bed and closet.  The bathroom has a complete toilet area with bathtub.  The apartment has heating, air conditioning and wifi. The apartment is located next to Enrique Granados Street, known for the wide variety of trendy bars and restaurants that open their terraces to the street. Hospital Clínic is located a few blocks away, and Diagonal Avenue, full of trendy stores and boutiques, is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. The nearest stations are “Provença” (L6, L7, S1, S2, S5, S6, S7), which is part of the Ferrocarrils network and connects you to the outskirts of the city; and Hospital Clinic (L5).

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
