Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months). Upon entering you find a modern kitchen fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils necessary for every day which is integrated into the living-dining room and a desk area next to the balcony. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers.  The bathroom is complete with shower and natural light. In the heart of El Clot neighbourhood, the flat is located in a pedestrian street and just a step away from Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, where you can also find the Tram station "Can Jaumandreu". Less than 10 minutes walking from the Westfield Glories shopping centre with access to a wide range of shops, pharmracy, supermarkets, restaurants, cinema and bars. Close to different parks such as Parc del Clot, Parc Central de Poblenou or Gran Clariana and Plaça de les Glòries Catalanes, where you can also find the Design Museum and the Agbar Tower. It is important to note that this district is the best place to live in the Catalan city according to Time Out magazine's International 2023 survey. The nearest underground station is 6 minutes away: ‘Clot (L1/L2).

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

    • Proof of financial solvency (from parents/guardians or tenants if they are employed)

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.

    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
