Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months). Located in the traditional neighborhood of Gracia, we find this 50m2 apartment, ready to move in. It is a cozy living room with integrated kitchen. It has been equipped with all the necessary items and appliances to cook at home.  The sleeping area has 1 double bedroom, plus a dressing room. In total the apartment has 2 bathrooms with shower.  A spacious furnished terrace looks out up a few steps from the living room, and is the perfect place to unwind from the day. The apartment has high speed wifi. The location couldn't be better. in one of the nicest neighborhoods to live: Gracia. Not only for its proximity to the main points of the city, but also for its charm and beauty. The apartment is located in Carrer de Martí, surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of stores. Surrounded by green areas such as the famous and traditional Park Güell and the Parc de les Aigües, where you can enjoy the wonderful views offered by the viewpoints.   The nearest station is located 7 minutes from the apartment, “Alfons XII” (L4).

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.

    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
