Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) Located in one of the favorite neighborhoods of Barcelona, we find this cozy apartment of 50m2, completely ready to move in.  The living room is bright, has an adjoining space that has been equipped as a study to make it comfortable to study or work at home. The kitchen is integrated into the space and has a bar to give more kitchen space. It is equipped with all the necessary items and appliances to cook from the day of arrival to the apartment. The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms: one double and one single, sharing 1 full bathroom with shower.  The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. The location is perfect, in the Villa de Gracia, which is one of the neighborhoods with more personality in Barcelona. Gracia. Not only for its proximity to the main points of the city, but also for its charm and beauty. The apartment is located in Carrer de Mozart, surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of stores. Just 1 minute away is the main square of the neighborhood where people gather in the bars, restaurants and stores around the famous Clock Tower of the nineteenth century. It is also located near important tourist attractions such as the impressive works of the architect Gaudí, Casa Pedrera and Casa Batlló. The nearest station “Diagonal” (L3/L5) is a 7 minute walk away.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
