Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) This bright 79m2 apartment is located steps away from the beautiful and mythical Hospital Sant Pau in Barcelona. It has been recently refurbished and is completely ready to offer you the best stay. The day area consists of a bright living room, decorated in neutral tones where the green highlights that brings an elegant and modern atmosphere at the same time. This space has access to the first terrace, where you can go out to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a drink in the afternoon. The kitchen is semi-integrated to the space. It also has access to the terrace and has been equipped with all the necessary appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. It also has a washer/dryer. The sleeping area consists of two comfortable bedrooms with double beds. Both bedrooms have access to a different terrace, being the second one more intimate, perfect to disconnect from the day. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi. The apartment is located in a central area par excellence. In Industria street just steps from the beautiful and mythical Hospital Sant Pau in Barcelona and a few minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia. Nearby you will find all kinds of stores such as pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. A few steps from the metro station “Sant Pau| Dos de Maig” (L5).

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
