Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) This spacious apartment decorated with an avant-garde style, is fully furnished and has a parking space included in the rental price.  The living room is very bright thanks to the large window that in turn, allows access to the cozy terrace. This terrace has an incredible exterior view and you can even see the sea. Here you can relax and enjoy a drink or a coffee with the beautiful sunsets that Barcelona offers in the background. The kitchen is American style and integrates perfectly into the space. It has been equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook on a daily basis, such as ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster.  The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms: one double and 2 singles, each with closet. The double bedroom is en-suite and has a shower. The other 2 bedrooms share 1 full bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. Badalona is a city located next to Barcelona, and on the edge of the Mediterranean. With a growing real estate investment, it has new and modern residential and office buildings. The apartment is located on Carrer d'Antoni Bori, a few steps from the beach. This is a very quiet and residential area, full of life. In the surroundings you will find all kinds of local stores such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The nearest station is “Gorg” (L2/L10N), 2 minutes from the apartment.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month
    • 3-bedroom: €200/month
    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
