Montly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) This is a spacious furnished apartment located in the center of Barcelona. The living room is very spacious, you can relax and enjoy your favorite programs on the comfortable sofa. The dining room is located in the adjoining space and the kitchen is integrated into it. It has been fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook on a daily basis. The sleeping area has 2 double bedrooms. An additional space has been equipped as an office, it becomes the ideal place to work or study comfortably. The bedrooms share a complete bathroom with shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. Its location is excellent and strategic, in the heart of Barcelona. A few minutes from the main squares such as: Plaza Catalunya and Plaza Urquinaona. Surrounded by all kinds of stores, restaurants, trendy bars and supermarkets. It has a perfect communication with the metro, train and bus, and all kinds of public transport stops. A 2 minute walk away is the Sant Jaume station (L4). Also at 8 minutes walking distance is located the Port Vell of Barcelona where you will find a very lively atmosphere, and a varied gastronomic offer of restaurants and bars that are located on the edge of the pier, and overlook the harbor and the impressive yachts anchored.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

Check-in/Check-out Info:

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
