Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) This is a modern furnished apartment of 54m2, with a strategic location in the center of Barcelona. The living room is a spacious and very comfortable space. The kitchen is American style, and is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook from the day of arrival to the apartment.  The bedroom is very spacious, has a double bed and closet. The elegant bathroom is complete and has a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi. The apartment is located on Mònec street, in the Born district, in the heart of the city. You will enjoy a varied offer of all kinds of services around such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars and all kinds of stores. A few steps from the apartment are located historical monuments such as the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar and tourist attractions such as the Moco Museum or the Picasso Museum. A few minutes away we find the Arc de Triomphe and the Parc de la Ciutadella which are perfect if you want to do outdoor activities, exercise or walks. Nord station is 11 minutes away, where you can make connections to national and international destinations. Plaza Urquinaona is 8 minutes away and here you will find the nearest metro station (L1/L4).

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
