Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) This comfortable 80m2 apartment has been stylishly decorated and is ready to move in.  The living room is spacious and bright, has a gallery where a practical office has been located, which is perfect for working or studying at home. From here you can access the wonderful terrace (25m2) fully furnished, in this cozy space you can relax and enjoy the summer evenings in Barcelona. The kitchen is modern and American style, it integrates perfectly into the space. It has been equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook from the day of arrival to the apartment. The sleeping area has 1 bedroom with king size bed, and a spacious closet. The bathroom is complete and has a bathtub.  Its location is extraordinary, in the sought after district of Eixample. This is a quiet residential area, where you will find local stores, supermarkets and all kinds of services, as well as small squares that invite you to relax and enjoy a coffee or a drink in one of the bars in the neighborhood. Very close to the apartment are located Plaza Universitat and the heart of Barcelona: Plaza Cataluña, which is the largest tourist and commercial center of the city with thousands of stores of the most recognized national and international brands as well as a varied gastronomic offer. In terms of connectivity, it has a strategic location, next to Gran Via de les Corts Catalenes where the closest station is located: “Urgell” (L1).

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

    • Proof of financial solvency (from parents/guardians or tenants if they are employed)

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
