This is a practical furnished apartment located in a quiet residential area.
The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, where you can relax and watch your favorite programs. The kitchen is independent and has been equipped with everything you need to cook from the day of arrival; the dining room is located in an adjoining space.
The sleeping area has a double bed and a closet. The bathroom is complete and has a shower.
The apartment has heating and high speed wifi.
The apartment is located in Carrer de la Riera d'Horta, in a quiet residential neighborhood. If you love walks and green areas, a few minutes away you will find the beautiful Can Dragó Park.
About 15 minutes from the accommodation you will find the Corte Ingles shopping center and the Som Multiespai shopping and leisure center with plenty of restaurants, cafes, cinemas and supermarkets.
The nearest public transport stations are “Fabra I Puig” (R3, R4, R7 and R12) and the metro stations “Maragall” (L4/L5) and Virrei Amat (L5).

Fees:
- Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
- Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
- TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

- Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
- A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.
Rules:
- Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
- Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
