Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) If you are looking for a comfortable apartment, furnished and with all the necessary amenities to move in, this apartment is for you. The living/dining room is bright thanks to the large window overlooking the courtyard. The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook from the day of arrival, it also has a laundry area. The sleeping area has 2 comfortable double bedrooms sharing 1 full bathroom with shower. The apartment has high speed wifi.

The neighborhood: Located in Rossend Arús street, in a quiet and residential area, the apartment is surrounded by all kinds of services such as pharmacies, supermarkets, gyms, parks and green areas. In addition to being very well connected to the rest of the city by metro and bus.  The nearest station is Mercat Nou (L1), 5 minutes from the apartment.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
