Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) It is a compact apartment that has everything you need to live in Barcelona for a period of time. The space is flexible. The living room, kitchen and bedroom are harmoniously integrated within a 32m2 space that has been distributed to perfection. The sofa is a sofa bed, which is very comfortable to enjoy your favorite movies. In addition, the space has an exit to a cozy balcony overlooking one of the traditional streets of Barceloneta: Carrer del Monjo. The kitchen has been fully equipped with all the utensils, crockery and appliances needed to cook at home, such as ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.  It has a large closet to store everything you need. The bathroom is complete and has a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.

The neighborhood: This neighborhood is located on the edge of the coast of Barcelona, in the surroundings you can find all kinds of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and entertainment venues. La Barceloneta is full of small squares, where you can enjoy the variety of tapas offered by the bars and restaurants in the cozy terraces. Barceloneta beach is 7 minutes away, where people gather to enjoy the sun in summer, and an afternoon snack with friends the rest of the year; also 8 minutes away we find the Barceloneta Park. In Pg. de Joan de Borbó, 2 minutes from the apartment you will find a nice promenade where you can walk and enjoy the view of exclusive yachts anchored at the pier. It also has a number of bus stops. The nearest station is "La Barceloneta" (L4) 5 minutes from the apartment.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month
    • 3-bedroom: €200/month
    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
