Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) This is a 51m2 apartment strategically located in the center of the city. The living room and kitchen are integrated in a cozy and compact space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, you will find crockery, utensils and basic appliances for everyday life. The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms with double bed and closet. One of them has a practical desk, perfect for studying or working comfortably. The bathroom is complete and has a shower. The apartment has wifi.

The neighborhood: The apartment is located in one of the central neighborhoods of Barcelona, the historic neighborhood El Raval, in the district of Ciutat Vella. It is an area where you can enjoy the oldest side of the city and countless tourist attractions such as the Museu d'art Contemporani. Near the apartment there are all kinds of services such as municipal markets, universities, libraries, green areas and pharmacies. The apartment is located in Carrer de Ferlandina, a few steps from the Rambla del Raval. Plaza Cataluña, the most important square in Barcelona, is located 10 minutes away and Plaza Universitat, 7 minutes walking distance. In addition, the Sant Antoni neighborhood, which has small squares and terraces that offer an unbeatable gastronomic offer, is a 3-minute walk away. The nearest station is "Universitat" (L1/L2), 5 minutes away.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

    • Proof of financial solvency (from parents/guardians or tenants if they are employed)

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month
    • 3-bedroom: €200/month
    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
