Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months). It is a 105m2 apartment located in a strategic point of the city, which has been fully furnished and is ready to move in. The living room is spacious and bright. It has been decorated with details in bright colors that give a modern and youthful touch to the space. The kitchen is independent, but is integrated through the glass that allows the entry of light and visibility to the living room. It has been fully equipped with all the utensils, kitchenware and appliances needed to cook at home. The sleeping area has 2 spacious double bedrooms with built-in closet and a practical desk where you can work or study comfortably. They share 2 modern bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. The apartment has high speed wifi.

The neighborhood: The location is unbeatable, located in Carrer de Provença, next to Av. Diagonal and steps away from Paseo de Gracia. This is one of the best areas of Barcelona, with all services such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes, etc.. It is also located near important tourist attractions such as the impressive works of the architect Gaudí, Casa Pedrera and Casa Batlló. The nearest station is "Diagonal (L3 / L5) 3 minutes from the apartment.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
