Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months). It is a modern apartment of 63m2 located in the center of L'Esquerra de l'Eixample, and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay in Barcelona. The day area has a living-dining room and an integrated kitchen. This space is bright and has access to a cozy terrace of 7m2, perfect for relaxing from the day to day. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utensils, utensils and appliances needed to cook from the day of arrival, such as ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms: The first bedroom has a double bed, closet and access to the terrace; and the second bedroom has a single bed, a spacious desk and closet. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi. Its location is perfect, in the sought-after neighborhood of Eixample, as it is very central, quiet and residential. You will find absolutely all kinds of stores, squares, parks, shopping centers, boutiques, bars, pharmacies and restaurants, as well as various tourist attractions.

The apartment is located on Diputació street, 3 minutes walk from Plaza Universidad (L1/L2) and 12 minutes from the most important square of the city: Plaza Catalunya, where you will find a wide range of stores and several metro, train and bus stops.

Fees:

Payment Methods:

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
