Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) This 66m2 apartment has a privileged location in the city and is ready to move in. The living room is a comfortable space, which has a cozy and small studio fully bathed in natural light. This is the perfect place for work or academic activities, as appropriate, also has access to the balcony. The kitchen is semi-integrated, and is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook at home. The sleeping area has 2 double bedrooms, each with closet. One of the bedrooms has a balcony. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with bathtub. The apartment has radiator heating, air conditioning and wifi.

The neighborhood: The location is very central, in the sought-after Eixample Esquerra neighborhood and a few blocks from Plaza Universitat. In addition the apartment is located at the intersection of Carrer de Casanova and Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, therefore it enjoys several bus stops and the area is fully stocked with local commerce, restaurants, bars, etc. Plaza Universitat is an important square that connects with the heart of Barcelona, Plaza Catalunya, through its streets surrounded by avant-garde stores. The nearest stations are "Urgell" (L1), a 2 minute walk away, and "Universitat" (L1/L2), 5 minutes away.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
