Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months). - Available until july 1st 2025 - This is a comfortable 63m2 apartment located a few steps from the Hospital Sant Pau and is ready to move in. The day area consists of a cozy living room decorated with bright colors that give a lot of personality to the space. The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped with all the necessary items including appliances, crockery and utensils for cooking from the day of entry to the apartment. The night area has 2 comfortable bedrooms: a single and a double, both with closet and share a bathroom with shower. In addition, a practical desk in the living room and in the single room are ideal for academic or work activities at home. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. This is one of the preferred areas in Barcelona for its quiet environment and at the same time fully supplied with all services. It also has an interesting gastronomic offer and is surrounded by green spaces that work perfect as relaxation and walking areas. The apartment is located a few steps from the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, this modernist building is an architectural jewel worth visiting. In front of the entrance of the apartment there is the bus stop Sant Antoni Maria Claret - Rambla volart (number 859) with bus D50/H8/19/47/117/191/192. Also, 2 minutes away is the nearest station, "Camp de l'Arpa" (L5); and 8 minutes away, "Guinardó | Hospital de Sant Pau" (L4).

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

Payment Methods:

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
