  • The fee with concept of "Cleaning Service" must be paid before the check-in.
  • We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any booking cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

    Identification document (ID card or passport)
  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
  • Direct debit of the rental payment
    Monthly rent payments are done through our platform on this property. We'll charge you automatically each month using direct debit, without any extra cost.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
