Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) Bright apartment recently renovated with care, completely exterior. Located in the old part of the Poblenou neighborhood, it preserves the original hydraulic floor, with high ceilings and the traditional volta catalana in the living/dining room and bedrooms. Upon entering, you will find a beautiful living room decorated in light tones, with details in wicker and raffia, which give it natural amplitude and that feeling of home that we are looking for. The living room and the master bedroom give access through large windows to a beautiful balcony completely outside, ideal for enjoying the climate of the city. The kitchen is integrated and has all the necessary high-end appliances such as ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and storage cabinet. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one large room with double bed and one with single bed where there is a large capacity closet. The bathroom is bright, all complete with shower, mirror with anti-fogging and where the washing machine is located. The apartment has heating, air conditioning and high speed wifi.

The neighborhood: The apartment is located in a pedestrian street, right in the heart of Poblenou in a privileged location. Surrounded by all kinds of services, service areas and green areas such as the Poblenou Park, it is just a few minutes walk to the sea and the main beaches of the city.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month

    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
