Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) This 40m2 apartment has everything you need to have a comfortable stay, it will also surprise you with a large furnished terrace, 18m2 where you can relax and unwind from the day to day. The day area has a cozy living room with integrated kitchen, this has all appliances needed to cook at home such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and the infallible for a good breakfast: coffee maker and toaster, The sleeping area has 1 double bedroom and closet. The bathroom is complete and has a shower. The apartment has air conditioning and heating. The location could not be better. In Carrer de St. Antoni Maria Claret, in the central and quiet neighborhood of Gracia, surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of stores. This is a multicultural and bohemian neighborhood, which still maintains its traditions and identity, you will find a varied gastronomic offer of Mediterranean food restaurants, numerous tapas bars and charming terraces. The apartment is located a few steps from Paseo Sant Joan, this is a beautiful road that invites you to take walks, sports or outdoor activities. All along the way you will find endless options to enjoy meals, and sit on one of the terraces that open onto this green promenade full of trees, which ends at the Arc de Triomphe and the Parc de la Ciutadella. And as if that were not enough, it is also very close to the greatest work of the Catalan city: the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia, just 9 minutes walk away. The nearest stations are: "Joanic" (L4) and "Sagrada Familia" (L2/L5).

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month
    • 3-bedroom: €200/month
    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
