Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) In this spectacular duplex you will enjoy 85m2 perfectly distributed, where you will find all the details to have the best stay. The apartment is modern and has been decorated with style and elegance. The day area has a double height living room, which allows you to have a space full of natural light. The kitchen is independent but is integrated with the living room through an opening, is fully equipped with all utensils and high-end appliances such as ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. On this floor there is also a complete bathroom with shower. At the top of the stairs we find the sleeping area, a comfortable bedroom suite, has a double bed and also enjoys natural light and overlooks the living room. It also has a built-in closet and the bathroom is spacious and has a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi. 

The neighborhood: The villa de Gracia is one of the neighborhoods with more personality in Barcelona, as you walk among its narrow streets you are captivated by each of its corners. It has a lot of life, so you will find all kinds of stores, cafes, boutiques, restaurants and bars in the surroundings. The apartment is located in Carrer Gran de Gràcia. A few steps from Diagonal Avenue and Paseo de Gracia, full of luxury boutiques and terraces where you can enjoy some drinks and tapas.  At 5 minutes walking distance we find the nearest station "Diagonal" (L3/L5).

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).

  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
