The day area has a spacious living room decorated with a relaxed and calm air. From here you access the balcony overlooking Carrer de Martínez de la Rosa. The kitchen is an independent and light-filled space. The wooden countertop and the various plants create a cozy and warm atmosphere in the modern ambience. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook at home. The dining room located between the living room and the kitchen, receives natural light from both spaces making it the ideal space to be used also as a study or work environment. The sleeping area has 1 double bedroom, which has a spacious closet to store what you need. The bathroom is complete and has a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. The location could not be better. in one of the most pleasant neighborhoods to live: Gracia. Not only for its proximity to the main points of the city, but also for its charm and beauty, because when you walk through its narrow streets you are captivated by each of its corners. It has a lot of life, so you will find all kinds of stores, cafes, boutiques, restaurants and bars in the surroundings. The apartment is located in Carrer de Martinez de la Rosa. The Plaça del Sol, 4 minutes from the apartment, is the most famous square in the neighborhood, where various events and entertaining activities take place.   Diagonal Avenue and Paseo de Gracia, 2 of the most important axes of the city are located a few steps from the apartment, where you will find tourist attractions such as Casa Batllo and La Pedrera. The nearest station is located 7 minutes from the apartment, "Diagonal" (L3/L5).

WHEN BOOKING, PLEASE SUBMIT THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION OF ALL TENANTS TO SPEED UP THE BOOKING PROCESS

FEES

  • Deposit: 2 months (due prior to check in).
    • Will be returned by bank transfer. If bank commissions are produced, they will be charged to the tenant.
  • Admin fee: 1 month + VAT

  • OTHER BILLS ARE NOT INCLUDED in the apartment rental and will be calculated based on standard reference values and the surface area of the home. The approximate minimum cost of consumption is as follows:
    • 1 bedroom apartment – €100/month*
    • 2 bedroom apartment – €150/month*
    • 3 bedroom apartment – €200/month*
    • 4+bedroom apartment €250/month*
    • *Ask the agent in each particular case.
    • This payment will have to be paid together with the monthly rent within the fifth day of each month.

RULES

  • As a general rule, pets are not allowed. In case of keeping pets without prior communication and subsequent approval of the property may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento) is allowed for stays 3 months and up
  • The hours of rest must be respected. By signing the contract, you, the tenant, agree to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of you and your companions.

The acceptance of the reservation is always subject to the acceptance of the profile by the landlord. The apartment is considered reserved after receiving the required documentation and payment (corresponding to a monthly rent).

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
