Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) You will love the terrace of this 45m2 penthouse, where you can relax and enjoy the good weather that accompanies the city. The day area has a bright and cozy living room with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook at home. The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms that share a modern bathroom with shower. The first bedroom has a double bed, closet and access to the terrace; the second bedroom has a single bed. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi.

The neighborhood: The Teixonera area is a neighborhood in the Horta-Guinardó district of Barcelona, located in the upper part of Barcelona. In the surroundings you can find all kinds of essential services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. Surrounded by green areas such as the Creueta del Coll Park, and the beautiful and renowned Park Güell, where you can go to relax and enjoy outdoor activities. The metro stations "El Carmel" and "El Coll/La Teixonera" (L5) are 8 minutes walking distance.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
