Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months). Located in the sought after neighborhood of Poblenou, this apartment has everything you need to have the best stay in Barcelona. The living room is a large space with a comfortable sofa where you can enjoy your favorite programs. The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you may need to cook at home.  The sleeping area has comfortable and spacious double bedrooms, each with closet. The bedrooms share 2 full bathrooms with shower. The space located at the end of the hallway has been equipped as a small desk, ideal for working or studying.   The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi. The location is ideal, Poblenou has become one of the preferred neighborhoods in Barcelona. The apartment is located at the intersection of Calle Venezuela and Avenida Diagonal. Next to it, there is the park of Poblenou Center which is perfect for sports activities or going for a walk. It is a very well supplied area, in the surroundings we find all kinds of stores, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest station "Selva Mar" (L4) is located at 6 minutes walking distance; 12 minutes away is Las Glories shopping center; 15 minutes away is the Plaza de las Glorias Catalanas where you can find the Design Museum, the Agbar Tower, the Mercat dels Encants, among others. 16 minutes away is the coastal road where you can enjoy the beautiful walk along the beach.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

  • Other Bills: Not included in the rental price. Estimated costs based on apartment size are:
    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month
    • 3-bedroom: €200/month
    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
