Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) This modern apartment of 75 m2 has absolutely everything you need during your stay in the city. The day area consists of a bright living room thanks to the large window from which you can access the terrace of 7m2. This space will be the ideal place to share a drink with friends and enjoy the wonderful summer days in Barcelona. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and high-end appliances you need to cook from your arrival, such as ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The sleeping area consists of 2 comfortable double bedrooms. One of them is a suite type, and has a double bed, built-in closet and an additional low cabinet to store what you need. The bathroom of this room is complete and has a shower. The other room is also double and has a closet. The second bathroom is complete and has a bathtub. The apartment is conditioned by aerothermal system, which means that you will have heating in winter, cooling in summer and hot water throughout the year. It also has high speed internet. The property has communal pool, doorman, storage room and parking space with an additional cost of 80 euros.

The neighborhood: The area is modern and quite quiet, surrounded by green spaces such as Can Mercader Park and Can Buxeres Park. The building is located in front of the Jardines de las Moreras. In the surroundings you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and local commerce. The nearest station is "Can Boixeres" (L5) just 2 minutes walk away. *The apartment is very close to the airport

    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
