Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) If you are looking for a place in the upper part of the city, this 58m2 apartment has everything you need and is ready to move in. The living room is spacious and bright, has access to an elongated balcony on the entire facade, where you can go out to enjoy the breeze and the sun. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. It has all the utensils and appliances needed to cook from the day of arrival, such as ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. The sleeping area has 2 spacious double bedrooms, each with closet. They share a full bathroom with shower.  The apartment has heating and fiber optics such as wifi.

The neighborhood: Located in the upper part of Barcelona and surrounded by green areas such as the Turó de la Peira Park, the Central Park of Nou Barris or the Park of les Rieres d'Horta, where you will not only find spaces for relaxing, hiking and physical activity; but also viewpoints that offer wonderful views of the city. The area is equipped with all kinds of essential services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and bars. The nearest metro station "Vilapicina" (L5) is a 2 minute walk away.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).

  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
