Newly renovated 2 rooms flat, one of them facing the sea. Stunning views. Suitable for 4/5 people, as an extra sofa bed in the living room. Direct pedestrian access to the sea/small beaches througt a private 80m underground tunnel. Albufereta beach at 5 min walking. Perfect location for public transport (bus stop in front of the main building entrance, and tram stop at 3 min walking) to Alicante ( 5 min ), to playa de San Juan (10 min), San Vicente/ university ( 30 min), El Campello (30 min).
