Discover our 55+ Resort, one of the best complexes for seniors in Spain. Located in Gran Alacant, Alicante, just 2 km from the beach, 10 km from the airport and 25 km from the city of Alicante. All the facilities are adapted for disabled people.

The rent is month to month for a fixed price with utilities included. Community fees and utilities are included in the rental price.

Each bungalow is fully furnished and equipped with kitchen and bathroom. In addition, all properties have large terraces, heating and individual air conditioning.

Strategically located in the south of the province of Alicante, the site enjoys excellent access and is in an area with a wide range of services. This privileged location offers not only convenience, but also proximity to the main beaches of the region, giving residents the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful coastal environment.

The resort has numerous services included in the rental price, such as:

With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
