Let's start with yes. This place screams home! With a tasteful and quirky character the furnishings and overall vibe of this place make it a truly welcoming space.

You really ought to see the living area. Plenty of seating space means that having guests over and socialising with your flatmates was never easier.
We think this would be a great spot for students attending the local university of Alcalá de Henares, as it is only a mere 20-minute walk away.

But you need to know this...
- If you are looking to commute to central Madrid, you are quite a while away by public transport- but the public parking means for drivers, this shouldn't be an issue.
