En cuanto a la zona, nos encontramos en un barrio residencial de Alcalá de Henares. Es una ciudad eminentemente estudiantil, y esta vivienda se encuentra muy próxima a la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales. El barrio está consolidado con todo tipo de servicios: pequeño comercio, restauración, bancos, zonas verdes, supermercados, con la estación de cercanías de Renfe a 9 minutos a pie (la Garena).

Las zonas comunes de la vivienda están diseñadas para ofrecer comodidad y funcionalidad a todos los residentes. La cocina es espaciosa y está completamente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios, microondas, vitrocerámica y una amplia selección de utensilios de cocina. Es el espacio perfecto para preparar tus comidas diarias y disfrutar de un ambiente compartido con otros inquilinos.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
