En cuanto a la zona, nos encontramos en un barrio residencial de Alcalá de Henares. Es una ciudad eminentemente estudiantil, y esta vivienda se encuentra muy próxima a la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales. El barrio está consolidado con todo tipo de servicios: pequeño comercio, restauración, bancos, zonas verdes, supermercados, con la estación de cercanías de Renfe a 9 minutos a pie (la Garena).
