Rooms are available for rent in a 5-bedroom apartment in Poblats Marítims, Valencia. All of the bedrooms are fully furnished and have either a single or a double bed, and all have a desk and a wardrobe. Bedroom 1 also has access to a balcony, which is shared with the other tenants via the kitchen. There is a toilet room and 2 full bathrooms, both of which have a shower unit - 1 also has a bathtub! The kitchen, which will be shared with the landlady, is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. There is also a separate laundry room which has a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a rack for things that can't go in the clothes dryer.
The apartment is under a 15 minute walk from the beach, and there are several parks nearby too, as well as an evangelical church. The local area is primarily residential, although there are several cafes and a supermarket just a few minutes' walk from the property.
What we liked the most
- There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
- The kitchen has a dishwasher - saving you from tedious washing up!
- All of the bedrooms have a large wardrobe.
- It's very close to the beach!
