Spotahome's opinion
This cool 2-bedroom apartment for rent on Liselotte-Herrmann-Strasse is on the 2nd floor. The entrance has big wardrobes, as well as a terrific collection of black and white prints on the wall. Around the corner is the bathroom, which has a tub and a washing machine. The kitchen is warm and spacious, with a view to the inner courtyard and a table with bench seating, as well as chairs. The bedroom is cozy, but the bed is big. The former living room is now a second bedroom. It’s gorgeous with a large sofa bed, lots of light, and two doors leading to a green balcony.
Your new apartment is tucked away near Volkspark Friedrichshain in Prenzlauer Berg. Whether you feel like a jog, picnic, or just a nap, you can sneak into this park any day of the week. The S and U Bahns are a short hike. But multiple buses and trams easily connect you to downtown. There is a surprising diversity of restaurants just outside your door. You aren’t in the boonies. In fact, you’re close to a lot of bars and unique little cafés to call home.
What we liked the most
- The wood floors and high ceilings are great.
- There is a washing machine in the bathroom.
- The balcony is green, so you get a gorgeous view.
Things to keep in mind
- Some of the objects seen in the photos like decoration, T.V., fridge and microwave belong to a previous tenant and will not be there when a new one comes in.
- Bedroom 2 has a sofa bed (it's actually the living room)
